When news broke late last year that we could soon make our morning (or afternoon...or evening...) coffee taste like Funfetti or Cinnamon Toast Crunch with Coffee-Mate's new creamers, people were understandably pretty excited. Well now, the time has finally come for them to hit stores and it's safe to say all that excitement was pretty warranted.
Both Coffee-Mate Funfetti and Cinnamon Toast Crunch are in stores now, the brand confirmed to us, and that means that reviews have been flooding in from people who have tried one or both.
First, we'll take a look at the professionals, AKA junk food Instagrammers. Instagrammer @Candyhunting tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch version and they said that it was pretty true to its cereal roots.
"This flavor on its own tastes like concentrated Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal milk. It's delicious. In coffee, it tastes very sweet and has a pronounced cinnamon flavor, which is also quite tasty," they wrote, in part.
On the other hand, Instagrammer @JunkFoodMom tried the Funfetti creamer and thought that it mainly tasted like vanilla icing, but that it's still a must-try for people who love coffee creamer and icing.
When we looked at Coffee-Mate's Instagram to see what fans thought, it seemed like they had some pretty rave reviews as well.
"I just tried the Funfetti!! So delicious," one person wrote. "I’m obsessed with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch," someone else commented.
